Welcome to DivyaDevlokServices (DDS). By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions, which include our Official Rules and Deduction List. These rules are designed to maintain professionalism, discipline, and efficiency across all our operations – in office, on the field, and online.
1. General Guidelines
- All employees, associates, and contractors must follow professional discipline, punctuality, and honesty.
- Respect toward clients, customers, colleagues, and local authorities is mandatory.
- DDS reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
2. Official Rules & Deduction List
2.1 Discipline & Behavior
- Intoxicating Activities: Smoking, drinking, or any intoxicating activity during work hours – Fine: ₹1,000/-.
- Abnormal or Negative Behavior: Misbehavior, negative talks, or irrelevant conversations in office/field – Fine: ₹200/-.
- Wrong Allegations: False accusations without proof – Fine: ₹200/-.
- Fake Information: Providing fake or misleading information to customers – Fine: ₹200/- (customer liability).
2.2 Attendance & Punctuality
- Late Arrival: Being late in the morning – Fine: ₹200/-.
- Unauthorized Leave: Absence without approval – Fine: ₹500/- per day.
- Sleeping During Duty: Sleeping in office/field – Fine: ₹500/-.
- Not Attending Mandatory Training – Fine: ₹300/- per session.
- Office don’t allowed to take any half day but if any employee takes the half day ₹250 will be deducted from salary.
2.3 Fieldwork & Data Collection
- Data Collection: Every house (constructed and non-constructed) must be recorded and submitted daily. Failure – Fine: ₹100/- per case.
- Not Carrying Required Tools (forms, slips, stationery, ID card) – Fine: ₹200/-.
- Unauthorized Exit from Field/Office During Work Hours – Fine: ₹500/-.
2.4 Meetings & Communication
- Using Phone During Meetings – Fine: ₹300/-.
- Calling Teams Outside Your Own Without Permission – Fine: ₹200/-.
- Calling Panch, Pardhan, or Secretary (by juniors) – Fine: ₹100/- each for both junior & senior.
- Not Replying to Important WhatsApp Group Messages – Fine: ₹200/-.
- Misuse of WhatsApp Groups for irrelevant or negative content – Penalty may apply.
2.5 Office Property & Dress Code
- Tampering with Office Property – Fine equals actual cost of repair/replacement.
- Not Wearing I-Card – Fine: ₹200/-.
- Improper Dress Code – Fine: ₹100/-.
- Not Maintaining Cleanliness – Fine: ₹100/-.
2.6 Additional Deductions
- Improper Use of Mobile Phones in Field – Fine: ₹200/-.
- Failure to Meet Targets Without Justification – Fine: ₹500/-.
- Disrespecting Cultural/Social Norms in Field – Fine: ₹500/-.
- Unauthorized Personal Work During Duty – Fine: ₹200/-.
- Refusal to Follow Supervisor’s Instructions – Fine: ₹300/-.
- Tampering with Attendance Records – Fine: ₹1,000/- + possible termination.
- Breach of Confidentiality – Fine: ₹1,000/- + legal action.
3. Enforcement of Fines
- All fines will be deducted from salary, stipend, or pending payments.
- DDS reserves the right to suspend or terminate contracts in case of repeated violations.
- For contractors, deductions will be made before final settlement.
4. Appeals & Dispute Resolution
- Employees may appeal fines within 3 working days by submitting a written explanation.
- A Disciplinary Committee will review the appeal, and its decision shall be final.
5. Miscellaneous Provisions
- Ignorance of rules is not an excuse.
- DDS reserves the right to update, add, or modify rules.
- Every employee is responsible for reading and complying with this document.
